Contacting me
I’m here to represent you so feel free to contact me with your issues or concerns.
The best way is via email to paul.oldham.cllr@highland.gov.uk
You can also phone me on 07901 287131 and leave a message and I’ll phone you back.
If you prefer direct message you can also contact me via WhatsApp on the same number, which I prefer to SMS, but please don’t message me via Facebook.
Finally you can contact me by post at:
C/o Highland Council
Council Headquarters
Glenurquhart Road
Inverness
IV3 5NX
… but it may be a while before I read it, especially in July when I’m not in HQ for a month.
Campaign emails
I have had a policy from before I was elected that I always reply to emails from residents who live in the ward. I hope I’ve always done that.
There is one exception though: I don’t normally reply to campaign emails which people send to all their ward councillors (or indeed all highland councillors) by just entering their email address on a campaign web site and clicking “send”.
If you want me to spend time replying to you then I expect you to show me the same respect by spending time in composing your email to me. So, if you have a subject you feel strongly about, and you want a response from me, then write to me in your own words and I’ll reply.
